Good morning Incredipeeps and other centers!

One of our dieters gave us the incredible idea to talk more about vegetables, how to pick them in local grocery stores, and some nutrition fun-facts about them!

This week we have Brussels sprouts, an occasional vegetable that you can enjoy on Phase 1 but no more than 4 cups a week! Remember that these vegetables only last about 3-4 days, so enjoy themshortly after buying.
