INGREDIENTS:

1 Cup of grated Cauliflower

½ Cup of Red Bell Peppers

¼ Cup of Green Bell Peppers

¼ Cup of Yellow Bell Peppers

½ teaspoon of Garlic Powder

¼ teaspoon of Sea Salt

½ Cup of Low Sodium, Fat-free Beef Broth

1 I.P. Vegetable Chili Mix

Fresh Cilantro (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Chop your peppers into little squares (as small as you can)
  2. Cook the cauliflower in a pan with the Low sodium, Fat-free beef broth until the beef broth is completely absorbed and the cauliflower is semi-dry
  3. Mix in the Bell peppers, garlic, sea salt, garlic powder and a pinch of cilantro
  4. Add the Ideal Protein Vegetable Chili Mix
  5. Cook for about 3-5 minutes, stirring constantly mixing well all the ingredients
  6. Serve and Enjoy!
