Ingredients:

– 8 ounces of medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 2 teaspoons of extra-virgin olive oil
– 2 garlic cloves, minced
– Juice of 1 lemon
– 2 tablespoons of water
– A pinch of salt
– I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Spray (2 pumps)
– Freshly chopped parsley, for garnish
– Crushed red pepper, to taste – Optional

Preparation:


1. In a large skillet over medium heat, warm the olive oil with the I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Spray.
2. Add shrimp, garlic, crushed red pepper (optional), and cook until shrimp is pink, about 3 minutes.
3. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice, water, parsley and add 2 more I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter spray pumps.
4. Serve and enjoy!
