Ingredients:

– 2 cups of summer squash, cut in cubes
– 2 cups of cauliflower florets
– 1/4 tsp. of Ideal Salt
– 1/2 tsp. of dried parsley
– 1/4 fresh thyme
– 1 garlic clove, minced
– 1 oz. of milk
– 1 pinch of black pepper
– 2 cups of Low Sodium, Fat-Free Chicken Broth
– 2 packets of Ideal Protein’s Chicken Soup, mixed

Preparation:


1. Pour all the ingredients in a pot and bring to boil.
2. Simmer on low for 20 minutes. Once done, let it cool off for a bit.
3. Bring soup to a blender or food processor and purée.
4. Split into two even portions and enjoy.
